NOTE
When duo-charge is powered, LEDs will scroll four times (from
bottom to top in 12V mode or from top to bottom in 24V mode),
followed by #1 and #2 amber lights and green light indicating
27-1. Have assistant turn ignition switch to run position and record LED lights.
